hello every one, just bought a really good condition 1603 from ebay
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=260252979240&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=016 can some one tell me if it's real ? and if i got a bargain ? the watch have minor scratch on the back case and comes with no box or paper. i did do my home work here and got some answer from patrick's old post saying it's rare model but that post is dated 2006 ! can some one please tell me what's current story about the watch  many thanks !! cheers

by the way, a really stupid question to ask ....... can i shower or wash dish with 1603? how good is 1603's water prove level ??
i dont suppose 1603 is diver watch at all lol :p well, i warn you~ its stupid question |

This watch is real, and the bid price is within normal range.
1603 is basically not a very rare model. You can see them occasionally on the second-hand watch store. It came almost the same time with 1601 in 60~70s. The major difference between 1601 and 1603 is that the bezel of 1601 is made of 18K white gold and 1603 is made of stainless steel. 1603 was discontinued in early 80s. They are vintage, elegant and they keep very good time because they are equipped with a well-known high quality chronometer movement cal 1570. Nice watch~~!! Congratulations....... |

i wouldn't recommend to buy it online because i think you could get it in any ADs.
of course, you could wear it when taking shower or others. |
