The movement in the SLT047 (I have one) is the 8F56. It is one of those that is advertised as accurate to +/- 20 seconds/yr (on wrist) and has the high-frequency quartz. There is also the 8F35 movement used in the SBCM023 Prospex diver, also advertised as high-accuracy. And, I believe the SBQL001 uses the 8F33 movement, again high-accuracy. The one difference I know with the 8F33 movement is that it has both day and date displays.
I can't give a personal report for any but the SLT047, which has been accurate to around 8-9 sec/yr (as measured over a few months) on wrist. I've read reports on the Seiko & Citizen Forum about both the SBCM023 and SBQL001 that indicate they are also at least living up to the +/- 20 seconds/yr standard.

The answer is very simple: Seiko watches with 8F (4F for ladies version) movements are rated for ±20 sec/year accuracy. They all have perpetual calendar function and run on lithium batteries:
8F32: hour + minute + second (hands) + date
8F33: hour + minute + second (hands) + date + day of the week
8F35: hour + minute + second (hands) + date - this is the diver version and the battery last for 8 years only instead of the usual 10 years (could be for the heavier hands???)
8F56: hour + minute + second (hands) + date + 24-hour hand (GMT)
4F32: ladies version of 8F32 (smaller battery runs for 5 years)
4F56: ladies version of 8F56 (smaller battery runs for 5 years)
In other words, you don't even need to know the Seiko caliber as long as the watch has perpetual calendar it is the high-accuracy quartz movement. The "Perpetual Calendar" is always written on the dial so you can't miss it.
Just be aware that Seiko released recently the Kinetic Perpetual Calendar line of movements:
- Caliber 5Y85 (accuracy: ±20 sec/month)
- Caliber 6A32 (accuracy: ±20 sec/month)
- Caliber 7D48 (accuracy: ±15 sec/month)
- Caliber 7N82 (accuracy: ±15 sec/month)
- Caliber 7T62 (accuracy: ±15 sec/month)
年誤差 +/- 20 seconds 是很準的！
