我再五月四日將表送回AD,由於一直沒有回覆,在五月九日致電AD,他們說會用急件送去台灣歷峰鑑定.後來鑑定結果,確定是表內一個彈簧dislocation and dysfunction,非消費者責任,而是quality control的問題,他們同意換新表給我,但不知何時會到.於是我照著各位大大的建議寫信給Panerai總部,提出我的要求:希望儘快拿到表,也希望換其他表款(對 PAM 213不是很有信心!?).在"一個禮拜" 後得到以下回覆:

Thank you very much for your email and your long term support of Officine Panerai. We have been aware of the particular situation you have mentioned.
When the watch is sent back to the authorized dealer for any problem, they will send it to their head office, and from their head office to our local customer service. Based on the record, your PAM00213 was sent back with an indication of urgent case and our customer service has reponded within two working days.
The problem with this particular PAM00213 was the first in our record, and based on the deliberation from the authorized dealer, we have agreed to take it back in exchange with the new one in this case. Due to the limited annual production of PAM00213, currently there is no stock available to send to XXX, but the next available PAM00213 will be allocated accordingly.
