i agree with watchfreak. But I have even tighter expectation to the accuracy. The following range is referring to the description above.

1. 0-15 seconds
2. 0-10 seconds
3. 0-5 seconds

儘管初初入耳不免失望...
但是watchfreak大大這番話....應該是寓意深遠吧！！

It's good to be accurate. But if not, then "consistency" is key.

If you were in the army, the people told you that it's accurate to shoot 3 bullets all at the red dot (which is rare). OR the locations of the 3 bullets are close, even though the center of the 3 is different from the red dot.

So as long as the watch is slow or fast to the same amount each day, it's OK. It means the watch has good mechanics and all it needs (if) is adjustment to move the center of the 3 bullet holes to the red dot. Of course, as long it is NOT 10's seconds or minutes deviation each day
