I live in Boston more than 5 years now. I don't touch high end watch only looking around $3000 range watch at top. At this range the oversea price after discount is better than US! (special Rolex). High end watch like PP seems lower than Taiwan (maybe depends on which model).
BTW Taiwan Customs checks almost every single parcel. You probably have to pay Customs tax for the watch. Anyway after I found out that if I have my JLC RDM overhauled by US JLC. It will cost me $500 I sold the watch right away! I knew the caliber 984(?) consists more than 200 parts. But $500 bucks that’s insane! Even you just overhaul it every 3-5 years I won’t do it! After that I don’t want to touch any “HIGH ENDS” stick with my Rolex…( Rolex overhaul price is vary by country…US average $300 ..Taiwan is around $100 and up) I only can say a penny save is a penny earn! |

Exp-2 balck face..I love mine! Black face looks smaller than white face on the wrist! (I also have 16600 SD...I think I should get the white face Exp-2 but anyway I got Exp-2 first..so it's too late) SEL for DateJust ...I don't know.. |

I got it from TimeZone …pre-owned K serial…very nice price |

Are you still in Boston? I'm just wondering, do you only look at new or more contemporary Rolexes? After that whole discussion of Rolex in a diff thread, I actually have some interest in learning about its vintage watches. I still don't have much interest in a new one tho. So far there's only 1 Rolex that I've always wanted. fb. |
