I have tested the by setting the time again. I find something interesting. Firstly, when setting the hands, the crown is not that accurate. When taking my hand away from the crown, the crown moves very slightly, and this will make the minute hand moves for about +/- 1/4 mark position.
Also, this time I try to set the hands to the mark, I am sure it hands do not move after I push the crown back. I discover that after the second hand moves one round, the movement of minute hand is not one complete mark, it is about 3/4 mark. So when the second hand is at the position of 15 second of the next minute, the minute hand will point to the mark.
