I don' think it can psss your standard..... 
I Guess in the beginning, the performnce should be some where between Seiko and Russian watches, but I m not sure it can maintian its stability for longer period of time than Japanese made movement. |

well, it is totally out of expectation.
It has many good functions. 1. Power reserve 2. Finishing on rotor 3. Screw-down crown 4. Hand-winding mechanism 5. Hack second feature 6. the price is about 6000 NT Dollars. 7. Transparent back 8. Accuracy of +/- 10 seconds!!!!! (Official data) It is out of my expectation. But It is a china-made watch, china movement. |

but for under 8000 NT Dollars, seiko cannot offer the quality of timex.
For example, for same price level, seiko does not have hand-winding, hack second, no power reserve, much lower accuracy. Also, the watch has better finishing for dial and rotor. |
