個人看法!!
Rolex運動表裡, GMT II/EXP II - 選其一, SD / SUB - 選其一, 再加 Daytona 應該就夠了!!! 不過, 我個人是不太可能會有第三隻Rolex啦!! 買第三隻的錢拿來買其他的表, 不是更多采多姿!!

Dear BB,我想您大概誤會了,我想Mr.Etacaa的意思應該是,就收藏許多Rolex表的"實用型"玩家或收藏家而言吧!!

IMHO, for a real collector, he won't 確認這只錶在他心目中的value, he will 確認這只錶在市場的value. Beside, 錶的price是由市場中的大眾所決定, 受大眾歡迎的表, 二手價就會好. Moreover, no one play watch with "每天想著它是漲是跌", 我個人認為玩大部分的表要賺是很難的. 就R牌運動款而言, Daytona 當然不會是一個終點, 18k Paul Newman Ref. 6265 w/Cartier or Tiffany Dial 才會是一個終點.

BB, what is your point? You simply can't accept different voice?
There is no doubt that Rolex sells more Sub than GMT every year. There is no doubt that more people heard about Sub. My point was that many collectors prefer GMT for certain reasons that people may not know on this forum. BTW, if you spend more time on TimeZone, you might find out what kind of people are in TimeZone Rolex Forum. You would understand why the poll was meaningful from collectors' perspective. I am very sorry to say that the discussion quality of Watchbus is still far below TimeZone's. As I said, if people here don't like to hear a different voice, I will keep my month shut. For me, the purpose of joining a forum is to learn. If people on a forum can't be open minded, why bother spending time in sharing the knowledge? BB, per my understanding, it is not your first time to pick up a fight with someone on Watchbus. I am not going to waste my time here. |

??????? did you put the same standard on yourself? I just state the the truth about the Sub and GMT! I am no expert here but at least I dig out the fact not just use the wrong information to mislead other peopel. Using the bias info to criticize others is not right! |
