There's a special keystroke indeed Hold "Alt" key on your keyboard and type 129, you will get ü, you can try diffrent numbers to get special characters from your standard keyboard. |

I still can't get the umlaut to work, but....
I get news.. My colleague told me today that DD has asked him to pay. In other words, the watch is ready. I'll give you a better report when I hear from him, and I'll try to snap a few pictures as well (and don't worry, I won't mess with the image). |

記得一個多星期前Christiane通知我說手錶10天後可完工...
昨天收到mail又跟我說2星期內會完工... 還跟我要信用卡資訊... 不曉得這次是不是來真的?! anyhow...我總覺得之前的Hartmut在處理國外訂戶的溝通上,真的是好多了! Christiane承接他的業務我認為並沒有交接的很好... And很多溝通的技巧和手法她真的有待再加強! 比方說之前的Hartmut在回信時會引用原文、並清楚回覆前一封信的問題 但Christiane卻不是這樣! 前一封信的問題也沒有任何confirm...回信也沒引用原文... 有時我會懷疑她到底有沒有收到我的email?! 還有,order form上當初我是勾選wire transfer... 結果她還跟我要信用卡號資料?! 這麼重要的業務都沒交接清楚.... 我擔心之前和Hartmut溝通confirm的事可能全被遺忘了....

Hartmut is a lawyer, and he used to work in the US, so I assume his english writing skill would be better. Plus, he's a real WIS, so he's probably more into this thing. I don't know who Christine is, but I'd assume it's hard to find a better PR person than Hartmut. my 2 ¢ |

我對King大大的看法很有同感，每次發信給Christiane她愛理不理的。
有時又話下星期confirm，到下星期又話未能作實 
我覺得她眞是
