I bought mine in 2004 - the retailer in HK got the last stock of several 1845 "Klassik" (Note: in the old days, 1845 Klassic referred to the round 1845 with cal. 49; and 1845 Karree referred to the rectangular ones with cal. 42).
Overall, I was satisfied with this watch. What could you get more from that much of $$ - gold case (it is heavy!), solid sliver dial, complicaton, accuracy (though I never time it) and very sexy movement. In particular, I am fond of the Breguet numerals and hands, and the knurled bezel.
Well, the "onion" crown is a bit hard to wind. Also, I am not favor to the deployment clasp and am always looking for a matching buckle.
If you aim at getting a brand new 1845 Klassik Moonphase, Perpectual or Regulator, it would not be easy. However, I think there should be some pointer-date and simple subsidary second floating around.
