I have this watch more than a year, but at the beginning the chrono zero reset cannot function well. The reset always overshoot. I have asked the dealer, they will teach you some way to press the watch to reset. Later I try the platinum version, the reset is perfect and no need for special way. MY watch has been sent back for repair, now it is OK. Hope yours is perfect.
