Thanks for further clarification!
I will need a magnifier to tell where the second hand stops on the finely marked chapter  But "秒針每秒跳8下" means second hand stops at: 0.125, 0.25, 0.375, 0.5, 0.625, 0.75, and finaly "1" (the exact second).
Now, "5等分" has marks on 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and "1". None of them match with second hand position except the final "1" mark 
While "4等分" has marks on 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and "1" --> second hand position will stop at every mark on the chapter. In case it stops between marks -- it is in the middle of two marks. E.g. You can tell it's 0.625 if it stops between 0.5 and 0.75. "4等分" seems to make better sense for the 28800 vph movement

在走時精準的條件下...
最大的計時讀取誤差是...面盤最小刻度的1/2... 
cal.4130是每秒5等分格...讀取誤差是0.1秒...

終於找到對準不準比我還龜毛的人，好玩好玩！
不過小弟很認真的對著FP的flying second瞧了半天。。。嗯，我不相信他可以測1/100秒！
